CHARTIERS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man is dead after he cut a power line with a pole saw.
This happened on Wylie Avenue in Chartiers Township at 3:39 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Washington County Coroner reports 46-year-old Dale Allen Delozier, owner of D&D Tree Services, was cutting tree limbs in a bucket truck when he hit the line.
He was rushed to the emergency room at Canonsburg Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Delozier’s death has been ruled accidental.
